Description
For sale is our much loved caravan! We'd love to keep her but new work commitments forces sale.
She's by no means new (1990's) so has the odd quirk but still works perfectly fine for those trips away! Below is some key information (not exhaustive however!).
Positives:
+ Main seating area turns into double bed
+ Dining area turns into extra single or bunk bed. Includes mattress in lower storage cupboard and barrier boards to slot in top bunk area (not pictured).
+ Large bathroom/toilet.
+ Custom made carpets.
+ Working fridge.
+ TV aeriel with signal booster, TV also included.
+ Large awning with curtains.
+ Steps.
+ Fresh water barrel and grey water butt.
+ Hot and cold water.
+ Heating.
+ All 4 feet go down.
+ Original curtain rail had been removed but new one has been put up so the bunk beds can be given some privacy.
+ Leisure battery.
Negatives:
- Has the odd dink/scrape on the outside, particularly on one side where a light has come off on the top left.
- We have not used the shower, it has the odd crack but if the next owner would like to use it I'm sure it'd be an easy fix. We have just used it for storage.
- Evidence of PREVIOUS damp in bathroom and by front left window. Previous owner is a close relative who said they sorted it and we have never seen/felt evidence of any during our using it or during it's wash downs.
- Does not include gas cylinder.
- The water can be a little tempremental on occassion, especially when initially starting up.
- Has been given a clean but could still do with a little bit more, particularly a hoover.
- Some of the window parts are broken but they all have more than 1 so all still lock fine.
- Awning could use a clean due to being stored for a while.
- Sorry, board games not included!
