Very good condition Bailey Unicorn Cabrera Series 5 2022 mid bathroom caravan. This is a great layout as you can separate the living area from the bedroom end, and access the big bathroom from either end. Alde central heating, a large tower fridge, Dometic grill + oven with 4 hobs, microwave, shower, cassette toilet. The bed is roughly king size, it pushes back for more living space and lifts up for internal access to the garage area. The front sofas are large and comfortable and convert to an even larger bed. It has an external mains awning socket and a gas BBQ point. There is loads of storage under the benches and bed, ample wardrobe and kitchen space. There is a DAB radio which you can connect to via bluetooth, and a TV aerial. MTPLM of 1600kg which includes a substantial payload of 161kg (probably more).

This has been serviced each year via the Approved Workshop Scheme within the dates that Bailey require (often not the case with second hand caravans) so the warranty is intact and can be transferred to the new owner.

It is spotlessly clean, and ready for the next owner to enjoy. It’s stored at my house so viewing is possible daytime/evening/weekends by appointment and I’ll be happy to demonstrate any/all features to prospective buyers. I would also consider delivering it for additional cost if helpful.
