The Bailey Pegasus II Milan features a classic four-berth accommodation layout with a large parallel front lounge, generous end washroom, nearside kitchen and dinette that converts into bunk beds on the offside.

The front lounge has 2 bench seats measuring 6'3" x 2'3" which convert into a double bed measuring 6'3" x 6'10".
The side dinette converts into bunk beds measuring 6'4" x 2'2" and 6'3" x 2'0". The upper bunk has not been used and mattress and ladder are in original packaging.
Fully fitted carpets which we have not used .
The practical kitchen is generous in specification with a four-ring hob, sink, microwave oven at just the right height and fridge with freezer section. Ample cupboards.
The end washroom provides a fully lined shower, 'Belfast' style sink, Thetford C260 toilet with electric flush, two wardrobes as well as other clothes storage and still sufficient room for changing.
There is more than ample storage space throughout the caravan.
Hot and cold water and gas fire with blown air heating.
All windows have blinds and fly screen, living areas have curtains as well .
All upholstery and curtains in excellent condition.
