The caravan is in good condition throughout. It has a popular layout with 2 single beds or a pull out double in the front of the caravan. The kitchen is in the midsection and in the rear there is a very spacious bathroom with toilet, sink, vanity unit and large separate shower cubicle.

The front section of the caravan has a lounge area with large panoramic windows, aircraft style overhead storage cupboards and a chest of drawers with a fold out table. The wooden slats for the pull out bed roll out from under these drawers, creating the large double bed (6’10” x 4’ 10”).

The lounge comfortably seats 4 people. Set into the roof of the lounge is a Heki roof light which gives the lounge a light and airy feel, as well as plenty of ventilation when fully opened.

There are detachable carpets with a wood effect vinyl flooring underneath. The soft furnishings are upholstered in a light coloured modern design fabric (Bailey Hilton design).There is an inbuilt JVC CD/radio MP3 player with iPod connectivity.

The well appointed kitchen has a 4 ring gas hob, separate Spinflo grill and oven, a 3-way Dometic fridge with a full width ice box, stainless steel sink with drainer and a factory fitted Daewoo 700w microwave oven. There is plenty of food/cooking utensil storage space and ample worktops. There is a bi-directional omni-vent extractor fan.

The spacious end bathroom has a Thetford cassette (electric flush), a separate large walk-in shower cubicle, sink, bathroom cabinet, wardrobe and mirror.
The Truma blown air heating, space heater and Ultrastore water heater can both be run off electric and gas. The caravan is fitted with both 12v and mains lighting system. All the windows are fitted with fly screens, blackout blinds and curtains.

There is an AL-KO stabiliser ATC (Alko Trailer Control) system, anti-snake device and alloy wheels (steel spare wheel mounted in an underslung Alko carrier). There is a gas-assisted hand brake and the caravan is fitted with 13 pin towing electrics. 12 volt leisure battery fitted.There is also a Powertouch remote controlled motor mover, to make siting the caravan even the most awkward of pitches a breeze!

Included with the sale is an Aqua Roll, 2 gas bottles, waste container with wheels, instruction documents, together with pots and pans and cutlery, kettles, gas & electric,Wheel & Hitch locks to insurance spec, 2 sheeted 2” memory foam matteres covers.
