This is our very much loved Bailey Grande Messina which we have owned from brand new. It's in superb condition throughout. The lounge can take 2 tables side by side for a huge dinning area which then can be stored in their own locker to reveal a very large lounge. This also converts into the biggest double bed ever!! Spot lights front and rear with 2 of them having usb charging points. Over and under locker lights in various places. Nice island bed which you can easily walk around and with large under storage. This also can be slid back into a day mode for a bit more extra space. Midships bathroom which can be shut off from living area and bedroom so guests staying can access without disturbing anyone. This has nice sink and standard Thetford toilet opposite a nice size shower which is very good. Kitchen has 3 gas burner hob with an electric hot plate.standard oven and grill. Nice tall fridge with built in freezer section. Above that is a microwave. Outside is a long pass through locker with access from both sides of the van and a big gas locker to take the big 10kg bottles. Outside gas bbq point 100 watt solar panel. (We have had several 4 night of grid breaks and never run out of power) Modifications are , lift up flap for extra kitchen worktop and bedroom wall tv bracket fitted by original dealers. Uprated to 1800kg for payload of 290kg Extras include 4 wheel drive motor movers. Kampa Fiesta Air Pro 350 blow up awning with correct kampa carpet. 1 x Aqua roll with shut off attachment for use when connected to serviced pitches 2 water pumps Length of food grade water pipe.
