Description
I am selling my lovely caravan. Its in excellent condition with several extras. It has been serviced regularly since it was new in 2004 It comes with useful additions if buyer wishes to have them. These include a porch awning, microwave oven, one gas bottle, fresh water container and 40litre waste container. Standard fitments are a 4 ring gas hob and gas oven and grill. Under counter 3 way refrigerator, shower, toilet, washbasin etc Large wardrobe, blinds and curtains with fly screens. Stable door with fly screen. External gas and electric points. Their is blown heating provision with gas or electric hot water heater. The tyres are in good condition and the caravan comes with fitted motor movers. The seating has been reupholstered and the curtains replaced with new at the same time.There is no damp. Service and maintenance history available. It has been cris registered.
