37'6'' x 12' Atlas Status Super mobile home in excellent condition throughout.
Used by my wife and I for a self build. Fully insulated and double glazed with gas powered blown air central heating. Gas fire in lounge with wrap around seating. Kitchen dinette with four ring gas stove with grill and oven, under counter fridge and microwave. Gas powered water heater. Two bedrooms one with twin beds and mattresses which are unused. Bathroom with small bath and overhead shower and an ensuite with WC and sink off the main bedroom. Very comfortable and warm in the winter with plenty of storage. Ideal for another self build. Transport can be arranged but is not included in asking price.
