Nice spacious lounge area. The sofa in the lounge hides a double fold-away bed and mattress which, including the bedrooms, provides sleeping for up to 8 people.
Modern feature electric fireplace, ideal for cosy evenings. The stand-alone dining table and seating makes the lounge area great for entertaining.
The galley style kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker and grill, microwave and fridge and provides plenty of storage. Much like the rest of the caravan the kitchen is clean and bright with a soft colour scheme throughout.
Nice sized family bathroom with wc, an enclosed shower with good quality fittings, electric towel rail, large wash basin and plenty of storage shelves.
The 2nd toilet with wash basin and mirror is particularly useful.
The three bedrooms comprise of one double and two practical twin bedrooms (twin beds in one of these are currently pushed together). All bedrooms have wardrobe space and have built in warm-air heating.
The side and front outer decking is treated, well maintained and spacious. It catches the sun from early morning through to late evening.
Site fees are paid to 1st March 2026 and to be negotiated between ourselves and the site Management. Recently reduced by 2k.
