Used often as a second bedroom when mum came to help look after he children, so used regularly and no hidden broken parts. Not left in storage for months on end.

Comes with an awning which doubles the space. Comes with a gas bottle.

Beautiful caravan which has been well maintained.

Price is fair and reflective on lack of motor mover and due to the fridge being temperamental on the gas, but you can run the caravan for a few days off the battery. Got some quotes to fix the issue and a full service on the fridge and consumables is £150 (much less if you dont get the service and just fix the part).

Hot water works on both gas and electric.
Oven works on gas, 4 hobs (3 gas, one electric).
Electric central heating.
