4 berth Abi marauder 400ct 1993/4, needs some work

Description

The heater has been removed and gas disconnected. I am unsure if the gas appliances work but have no reason to believe they dont.
Carver cascade water heater, dont know if it works on gas but water flows through it.
Dometic fridge/freezer works on 12v and 240v, unsure about gas.
Water pumps for taps work and water flows.
Thetford cassette toilet, flush doesn't seem to work.
All electrics working.
Taillights cracked but working.
2 awnings and ground mats, some other extra bits im not really sure about.
2 new mpk skylights have been fitted in the main living area and bathroom a couple of weeks ago.

The Damp at back corner and under the front window has had a very rudimentary repair (pictures).

No viewings possible, will send more pictures if necessary. Available middle of next month.
