We’re selling our 8 birth caravan as we are looking at buying another touring caravan, it’s a 2006 Atlantis 3 bedrooms it’s located on the chase caravan park all site fees are paid up to march 2026. It has a club and shop on site. Plus laundrette. The New owners will get free access for swimming at the club Tropicana too, and other discounts with the blue anchor cards.

We’ve Owed it for two years and was previously owed by my mum she re-upholstered it right through, new cushions pelmets curtains, carpet and Lino which cost over 3k.

It has 3 bedrooms two single beds in one room with bunk beds in the other room. The 3rd room had a double plus you can set a double up in the living room.

Overhaul condition is good and clean Dry with no damp and up to date new upholstery, half carpet half lino.

The ground rent is paid till match 2026 so still plenty of weeks yet, there is no age limit with this caravan staying on site as site will confirm, also you can rent and sell on this site.

has brilliant food and entertainment on site plus shop and laundrette.
