28 x 12 foot, double glazed, 2 bed static caravan for sale.
A lovely and unique 2 bed caravan, we have been living in this for a few years whilst we saved for a house. We made it our own by painting the kitchen cabinets and adding some wallpaper in the kitchen, 2nd bedroom and bathroom. We also pulled out the built-in seating areas so we could add our own furniture and create more space.
Gas Oven and fridge included. Working gas boiler. It has a built-in gas fire in living area. Double glazed.
1 double bedroom with a large walk in area for clothes storage. The 2nd bedroom we used as a walk in wardrobe but can fit a single bed in if needed.
The caravan has been well loved and may require a little bit of TLC.
£3000, open to offers, we can also arrange free delivery in South-West Cornwall, with discounted delivery should it need relocating further afield.
