We are selling our 2022 Swift Loire 35’ x12’ van beautifully situated on an elevated pitch on the quietest area of the Lido Leisure Park at Knaresborough Priced at £31,500 this must be the best value caravan on the park.

The only reason for selling is that we loved the area so much we relocated nearby.

The site is open 11 months a year (closed Jan) and although not a residential site many owners do stay for extended periods!

Our smoke free van, which sleeps 6, is in excellent condition with very little use and consists of open plan living area with TV and feature electric fire, dining & kitchen area with dining table and seating, built in cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and storage cupboard containing central heating boiler.
Part of the seating converts to a comfortable pull out double sofa bed.
House bathroom with WC, hand basin and shower.
Twin bedroom with 2 unused single beds (still in original plastic wrappers), bedside cabinet and wardrobe containing electrics and tv amp.

There is a pub/restaurant on site which has evening entertainment, and is located just far enough away so that you are not disturbed by any noise from the pub. Additionally there is a small shop, laundry and a cafe on site.

The van is located close to woodland and riverside walks and there are fishing rights on the river Nidd which flows through the site.
This is a dog friendly site with a dedicated dog exercise area.

The site is close to a small retail park with M&S Simply Food, Next, Costa, Boots, TK Maxx, McD etc. There is a regular bus service from just outside the site into Knaresborough and Harrogate, both just a short drive away.

Site fees are currently £4600 pa and there is no age limit on the vans as long as they are kept in good order.
