This beautiful Atlas Chorus static caravan is situated on a lovely plot on our family run park on Anglesey, North Wales and only five minutes off the mainland. It is double glazed and benefits from gas central heating. It is in excellent condition inside and out.

At the front of the caravan is an open plan living area with a comfortable L shaped corner sofa and footstool. The sofa also contains a pull out double bed for any extra overnight guests.

Included is a modern electric fire built into a media unit with space to house a large flat screen TV.

The caravan boasts front French doors that open outwards to welcome a fresh breeze on hot summer days.

The kitchen includes a gas cooker, an integrated tall fridge freezer and a microwave oven. The large living area has an open plan dining room including a dining table surrounded by four wooden dining chairs.



It has a large master bedroom with a dressing table and an en suite bathroom. Above and around the double bed are plenty of storage cupboards complete with a large fitted wardrobe. Next door are two twin bedrooms with a wardrobe and a bedside cabinet. The bathroom has an enclosed shower, wash basin and toilet.

There are also two generous twin bedrooms with storage areas in both.

The price includes connection to all services, water, electricity and waste. Site fees for the 2025 season are free with the purchase of this caravan (worth £2,750).

Also included are two full 47Kg Calor Gas bottles on an automatic changeover valve (worth £500)

This caravan really is ready to go for the season. It has been extremely well cared for by its previous owner. The only cost is your metered electricity, any gas you will use and rates at the end of the season.

A current gas check and gas safety certificate will also be supplied with the caravan.

We do not have an age limit for caravans on our site, as long as they are kept neat and tidy and good condition on the outside.

Mornest Caravan Park is located 5 miles from the mainland, signposted off junction 7 on the A55, and approximately 5 miles from the nearest blue flag sandy beach of Newborough.

There is no sub-letting of caravans allowed on this site. Use is for friends and family only.



Well behaved dogs are allowed as long as they are kept on a lead at all times and owners clean up after them



On site we have brand new toilets and showers, a laundry room and a new childrens play area for 2025. Wi-Fi is available by subscription.
