The cabin living space features 2 lounge-style sofa units with fully sprung seat & backrest cushions in premium quality Kensington designer fabric, supported on beech slat seat bases, matching window curtains & 6 complimentary scatter cushions. The sofas can be used as 2 single-beds 1.75m x 0.63m or transformed into a front double-bed 1.93m x 1.31m with a slide-out beech slatted front bed make-up system on easy glide track.
At the front of the living area is a 2-drawer chest with slide out occasional table, soft close drawers & a bottom cupboard with click-lock door
The rear cabin space is occupied by 2 single-beds 1.95m x 0.74m on fixed bed frames with sprung beech slat bases & hinged tops for easy access to under bed storage spaces. The beds have superior foam mattress with protectors, leather effect fixed wall headboards and corner vanity shelves. A high-level retractable wall-mounted TV stand serves the rear bedroom, while a pleated stowable room divider enables the bedroom area to be isolated for privacy.
The cabin interior is equipped with 10 overhead wood-effect storage cupboards, 4 at the front & 6 at the rear, all with click-lock safety feature, providing ample day to day storage solutions & 2 overhead corner shelves are provided above the lounge front windows.
The kitchen area comprises an undermounted stainless-steel round sink unit with swan-neck mixer tap & surrounding hard-wearing ‘baystone’ laminated worktop, a drop-down worktop extension, integrated worktop infill with chopping board, washing up bowl & drainer. Above the kitchen area are 2 overhead pull-out wood-effect click-lock storage cupboards, 1 with wire basket storage. Above the worktop is a slimline recessed wall storage cupboard with bottle rack and wood-effect front-opening click-lock door.
Below the sink is a spacious soft-close utensil drawer & 2-level storage cupboard with click-lock safety door. A below-worktop storage cupboard has 3 levels & wrap-around front opening click-lock door. The wall above the sink & cooking area features a bottom-opening lockable double-glazed kitchen window with Remis splash proof roller blind.
A Thetford Caprice gas & electric cooker combining 2-shelf oven, grill and dual-energy hob unit is mounted in the centre of the kitchen area adjacent to the sink, featuring 3 gas burners with electronic ignition & flame failure device & 1 electric hotplate. A smoked glass hob cover serves as a rear splashback when in use & a side splash panel compliments the cooking platform. Above the cooker is a shelf unit holding a free-standing Daewoo 230v 800W electric microwave unit with digital controls.
Stowage for 2 x 6kg gas bottles with fitted butane/propane 30mb gas regulator is provided in an externally accessed dedicated locker compartment located below the kitchen worktop.

Cabin climate control is maintained by an ALDE Hydronic Compact 3020 programmable combined radiator & water heating system using dual fuel power sources (6.4kw gas & up to 3.15kw electric), controlled by a touch screen user-friendly control panel with back up battery for uninterrupted programming.
Cabin lighting is a combination of 12v internal LED task & ambient lighting systems with ceiling mounted down-lighters & directional spotlights.
The caravan entrance comprises a Hartal double-skin fold-back 2-part stable-door style lockable security door with retaining clip, double glazed window, door-mounted waste bin and full-length slide-out pleated flyscreen. Inside the door area is a hard-wearing fixed floor mat with rubber surround, an easy access grab handle, coat hooks in chrome finish, and FireAngel smoke & carbon monoxide alarms. Access to the caravan is gained by a removable 2-step non-slip access step with fixed side handrail support.
The extreme rear of the cabin living space is occupied by a toilet washroom & shower unit. The shower cubicle comprises a moulded plastic tray, lined with a new unused non-slip shower mat, easy-clean wall panels, a transparent entrance door with surround seal, downlighting, extract fan & roof vent. An Ecocamel multichoice shower head with flexi shower hose, riser bar, combination mixer tap, & shelf completes the cubicle.
The washroom contains a wall-mounted vanity washbasin with swan neck mixer tap, under-sink 2 section storage cupboard with wood-effect click-lock door, pull-chord backlit washroom mirror, a vanity cup-holder & wall-mounted extendable shaving mirror. A Thetford floor mounted chemical toilet with closeable travel splashguard & 12v electric flush mechanism also features a removeable wheeled cassette accessible externally from the rear of the caravan for waste disposal purposes.
A clothes storage wardrobe with shelf, hanging rail, laundry bag & wood-effect click-lock door plus a wall mounted convection radiator panel compliment the washroom. The wardrobe doubles as storage for a fold-flat free-standing dining table.
Pressurised hot and cold water is supplied by a Whale high flow self-priming submersible pump & greywater is dispersed by an inboard rigid pipe waste plumbing system.
The cabin floor coverings comprise durable floor vinyl overlaid with 3 fitted soft-pile cashmere carpet sections and 1 bathroom floor covering, all in immaculate unsoiled factory condition.
The bronze tinted polyplastic large front infinity window & side window units are all bottom-opening and lockable double-glazed units with manual internally operated Remis pleated sliding upper sunshades (flyscreens) and pleated sliding lower blackout blinds. 3 Heki lockable weatherproof roof-opening vents are provided in the cabin and 1 in the shower compartment.
Off-grid power is available from a Truma 130W roof-mounted solar panel, feeding a rechargeable switch mode battery with 20amp output. Mains electrical hook up is via a 230v power inlet and 25 metre connecting lead. An exterior 230v socket with integrated aerial jack outlet serves the awning.
TV is furnished from a Status 570 telescopic directional digital television aerial feeding 2 TV stations with 230v and 12v sockets and aerial sockets. The lounge cabin features a JVC CD radio & dual speaker units, & a clock.
The body shell, entrance door & locker doors are made of multi-layer durable & long-lasting glass reinforced plastic (GRP) Alu-tech panels with insulated core. The caravan is equipped with front & rear impact resistant bumpers & vertical chrome capped grab handles on each corner. External lighting comprises rear light clusters & reflectors, rear high level brake light, high- & low-level side indicator lights, front of van maneuvering lights, awning light above the external door & offside exterior service light.
The undercarriage comprises an AL-KO chassis frame with TUV 15-inch alloy wheels, shock absorbers & tubeless tyres mounted on a single axle. A chassis mounted spare wheel carrier & steel spare wheel are provided. When in use, the caravan is stabilised & levelled with four heavy duty wind-down corner stabilizer legs with spreader pads.
The towing system comprises a front A-frame with ball towing hitch & an AL-KO automatic trailer control (ATC) safety monitoring brake control system to prevent the caravan becoming unstable when travelling (anti-skid, anti-jackknife, anti-snake). The towing frame includes a retractable screw operated front jockey wheel with safety clip-lock & a step-up on the front A-frame fairing.
Construction is compliant with EU Standards & certified by the National Caravan Council.
This caravan is listed on the Central Registration & Identification Scheme (CRiS) national register for UK touring caravans, with identity number anti-tamper labels attached to windows & gas locker. A concealed security data chip is embedded within the caravan construction.
