For sale is our much loved Bailey Retreat 'sycamore'
The Bailey Retreat Sycamore is considered a Semi-Static designed for seasonal pitches and is not to be toured regularly. Bailey designed it to be sited with the added benefit of moving to a different site if you wanted to.
This Bailey Retreat Sycamore 2012 has a Lounge, Dinette, Kitchen, Bathroom and Bedroom. The Lounge is at the front of the caravan it has a Full Wrap Around seat that can be converted into a Double Bed. There is also a Free Standing Table which turns the lounge into a Dining Area. The Dinette is in the middle of the caravan it has a L-Shaped Seat and a Table. The Dinette can be converted into a Double Bed. The Kitchen is also in the middle of the caravan and is opposite the dinette. The Kitchen comes with all the essentials. It Has an Oven, Grill, Hob, Sink, Microwave and a Large Fridge / Freezer. The Bathroom is towards the end of the caravan and separates the living space from the bedroom. It has two doors that slide across to create privacy from the bedroom or the living space or both. The Bathroom includes a Cassette Toilet and a Sink both are separate from the Shower. At the end of the caravan is the Bedroom. The Bedroom has a Fixed Transverse Double Bed and Two Wardrobes. Throughout the Bailey Retreat is plenty of storage space

Will come with a full awning (in picture) and a porch awning which was only used a few times, Fresh/waste water containers and everything you need to get going.
