Here we have a popular model by Swift, the Bordeaux! This lovely model benefits from factory fitted double glazing and electric heating throughout, plus we’ll be putting in a new oven and its had new carpets and fresh paint throughout (just a few bits left you may notice!)

The living space is a very good size, open plan with plenty of room for your own living and dining suite, with a feature gas fireplace and storage cupboard. The kitchen is well fitted with plenty of storage and workspace, brand new fridge and of course, a new oven coming soon!

Down the hall you have 3 good sized bedrooms; two twin rooms which can take 2 single beds each, or a double, each with wardrobes and lockers. The master bedroom is another very good sized room with plenty of space for a double or possibly king bed, fitted wardrobes (we are just finishing these off).
