Description

The caravan is a 4 berth fixed bed in great condition. The upholstery and furniture are unmarked, and all previous owners have obviously taken a pride in their caravan.
It is Cris registered (windows etched) and is complete with all the manuals and paperwork.
This caravan has a Motor Mover with remote to make citing the caravan on even the trickiest of pitches or storage a breeze. Once you have owned a caravan with a mover whether new to caravanning or experienced you will never want a caravan without one
This caravan has an extremely practical layout for a family or couple. At the front, the spacious lounge area has two single beds or a large double utilising a pull out slat system. There is a fold-out table and plenty of storage in the overhead lockers, also under the seats which have handy outside access via doors at the front. Above this sitting area is a large Heiki roof light. There are the upgraded soft furnishings for the sofas and curtains. There is an easy to clean wood effect laminate flooring or for that luxury homely feel, manufacturers loose laid carpets.
A well-appointed kitchen is positioned in the mid-section. The kitchen has a 4 ring hob (3 x gas and 1 x electric), separate grill and oven, Dometic 3-way fridge with ice box. There is a circular stainless steel sink with chrome plated mixer tap. There is ample food/utensil storage space and worktops. Above the cooking area is a 3 speed extractor fan. There is also an integrated built in microwave.
At the rear of the caravan is a fixed double bed with a mattress topper for extra comfort. Overhead lockers are above and there is also more storage under the lift up bed. The TV is housed in A tambor unit with a swivel base to fit a TV allows viewing from the lounge or when relaxing in bed This rear bedroom can be sectioned off from the rest of caravan by means of a concertina partition.
The wet room is also positioned at the rear of the caravan and has a Thetford cassette toilet and shower these can be separated by a plastic folding screen. There is a vanity unit with basin, mirror, cupboard and wardrobe in the dressing area within the bedroom.
All windows are fitted with independent blackout blinds, fly-screens and curtains. The Truma blown air, space heater and water heater work off electric and gas. 
There is an outside locker door giving access under the fixed bed at the rear of the caravan, and a dry locker at the front with a 240v socket. The AlKo chassis has an AlKo stabiliser for safe, stable towing

There is an easy to erect awning with caravan skirt. To give an extra outside space with removable panels if required, for an inside outside room
 
The caravan comes complete with a-directional Status aerial with booster as well as essential caravanning extras to include Full Gas Bottle, Electric Hook up Lead, Aqua Roll, Wastemaster and a Two step up Step
The caravan a great tourer with a fixed bed which can be towed behind a family car and is in lovely condition.

No Cracked or misty Windows and a Dry damp free meter checked interior.
Caravan is in Great condition both Inside at Outside.
