Welcome to my advert for a 2008 Bailey Pageant Loire 6 berth Twin axle caravan, complete with accessories, Porch Awning and Motor Mover.

Please read the full advert before asking is it still available as the caravan does have damp issues which is stated below.

To the front of the caravan has the seating area which can seat 4 people comfortably. The cushions are very comfortable with a sprung loaded base and memory foam top and are in great condition. There is ample amount of storage above and below the seats. It also has a large freestanding table as well. Lovely down lighting which makes the caravan very cosy at night. The cushions are very comfortable to sleep on when made into a bed by pulling the base slates out from under the middle unit. It can be used as 2 singles. The unit has a pull out day table on the top and more storage below. This unit can be removed should you want a larger bed at night or even a U Shape lounge.

Large Heki Skylight in the ceiling which floods the caravan with natural day light and this also opens up like a sunroof. This has its own fly blind and black out blind.

built in radio player with CD player and Aux connection. This is in full working order.


To the middle of the caravan has the spacious kitchen area complete with all mod cons :

* Sink with draining board and Heavy duty chrome tap.
* Cooker/oven with 4 Burner hob and Grill. Storage space below for pots and pans. Electric Ignition so no need for lighters.
* Omnivent Extractor fan in the ceiling with 3 speed settings.
* Racking in cupboards and draws to. Great cupboard space for food and kitchen utensils.
* Dometic 3 way Fridge with large freezer box. This can be operated on 12v, 240v and Gas. This is in full working order and spotlessly clean.
* Daewoo Multicook microwave, operates on 240v and in full working order.

All Appliances are in excellent condition and spotlessly clean ready to use. Large prepping space for food. Plenty of sockets throughout the caravan. Racking inside the cupboards for plates, Bowls, Cups etc. Pull out draws below.

Opposite the kitchen has the dinette area which converts into bunk beds at night, very simple to do and the top bunk can take up to 11 stone, Has its own safety sides, ladder and mattress. Should you want to close this off at night you can do so by pulling the curtain around. Ample amount of storage above and below the seats.

Behind the dinette area has a large wardrobe with rail inside. Below has the Truma Heater with Air blown heating which can be operated on Gas or 240v Electric. It has Room temperature settings for the 240v side of it so you can set the temperature you want it to be. If you then operate the air blown heating this then blows around the multiple vents located inside the caravan and acts as your central heating system. If you don’t have it on warm you will then be able to have cold air blown heating which is great for the summer. This is in Full working order on gas.

Between the bedroom and kitchen houses the Tv unit. This has built in plug socket, 12v socket and aerial point. The caravan has the auto status directional aerial on the roof along with booster box inside. Picks up great signal and in full working order.

To the rear of the caravan has the bedroom area. This has a fixed double bed with a very comfortable mattress. Ample amount of storage above the bed and has another smaller heki skylight which floods the caravan with daylight. This opens up like a sunroof and has its own black out and fly blind. Great for watching the stars at night. The bed lifts up and has a Ginormous space underneath and can be accessed from outside through the locker door.

In the rear corner of the caravan has the spacious bathroom area complete with Thetford Swivel cassette toilet with electric flush. Large shower which has a pull across door to separate the toilet.

As you come out the bathroom there is a great sink area with vanity unit and large mirror. Also has its own window so is nice and bright.

The bedroom can be closed off at night by pulling the door across.

Black out blinds and fly blinds throughout, All in perfect working order, The Curtains are mainly for show.

Internally the caravan to look at is in lovely condition and has been looked after. It’s lovely and bright and airy.

Externally the Caravan is in good condition for its age and is lovely to look at! There are small dinks and dents as expected for its age. Don’t expect a brand new caravan because it’s not.

* PowrTouch Motor mover and this is an excellent bit of kit as this allows you to move the caravan with a remote control and takes the ease off moving it.
* Harringtons Porch Lite Awning with Light weight poles and Carry Bag. This is a great size once put up and is Grey in colour.

All Hand Manuals present and various other instructions! The caravan is Cris Registered. Current owners had for 11 years and only being sold due to upgrade.

The Caravan is 25.6 Feet long including the A Frame and is 7.5 Feet wide. The unladen weight is 1412KGS and Fully Laden is 1642KGS. Please make sure your vehicle can tow it!.

The Bailey Alloy wheels really set the caravan off and all in great condition. The tyres were changed in 2023 and all are in excellent condition.

External 240v Plug.

Full Alko Chassis including the Anti Sway Alko hitch which prevents the caravan from snaking and is a great safety device to have. It Tows very well.

It also has the ATC fitted, ( Automatic Traction Control) Excellent bit of kit as it prevents the caravan from snaking.

All the towing lights are working, you will need is a number plate! 13 Pin Plug for caravans lights.

It has been Valeted both inside and out including all of the external lockers. Spotlessly Clean

A Full demonstration on how the caravans appliances work will be shown to the new owner on collection.

The caravan does have some Damp issues. There is damp/softness in the bathroom wall which continues through to the wardrobe wall. The flu for the heater has leaked at some point which has caused softness in the ceiling and pimples just outside the wardrobe door. Small amount of softness in the front right lower wall under seat. As you walk into the caravan the floor has gone soft as well as a small part by the fridge and small area by the bed. This is due to use. Everything is working apart from the 240v heater, This will need a new PCB board as its failed. Shower tray does have some splits in but never used as a shower. The large heki skylight has snapped on the hinges externally and has been screwed shut so can’t be opened, will require replacement if you want it open but still a nice feature. Couple of window stays want replacing. May want some TLC in places and There are marks, Dents, scratches etc, it’s 19 years old so don’t expect a brand new caravan for the money. It’s priced accordingly with its faults and is under half its value. There are pictures for you to see the areas.

Please remember this is not a brand new caravan and has been used. I am being up front and honest with what im selling.
