Description
Looking for offers around 7k willing to discuss the price.
Cozy and peaceful caravan located in the north lodge holiday park.
The caravan offers 2 bedrooms, a double bedroom and a single one. Also contains a fully functioning kitchen (gas oven/hob/grill, fridge+freezer, microwave), a dining area, bathroom and spacious living room. The caravan has incredible storage space as all seats have a storage area underneath and plenty of cupboards throughout. The caravan is powered by a pay as you go system and gas from gas bottles, you can replenish both from on site.
Outside the caravan you get a small dedicated area to use, the caravan site has plenty of parking options and this caravan specifically has a parking spot right outside for your convenience. There is a bar on site that offers drinks and weekly entertainment where the community goes to, thankfully the caravan is located in a prime spot where you wont hear anything from the bar if you decide to not go for the night. During the day the site also has a food van that offers nice cheap food, this is also where you go to get electricity and gas. Also includes a kids play park and plenty of space for kids to safely play.
The caravan site is seasonal and operates between march and October which means there's still plenty of time in the current season. yearly costs WILL incur on the site and would need to be discussed with the owners.
I work often so I might not respond to calls immediately but leave a voice mail and ill get back to you as soon as possible.
