Description

1992 fleetwood colchester 2 birth caravan with lots of accessories.
Van is in good condition for age. No damp or spongey floors, no leaky windows. Being honest the Cushion/covers are in need of stitching. Were like this when purchased. (had intended to fix these bit no longer need the van). Few very small repairs needed to plastic. It has gas/electric fridge and gas heating & oven/grill. Sink with hot & cold tap. Tv aerial (tv is included with dvd built in but would need a new remote).

Caravan was purchased from lovely gent earlier this year with every intent of us taking it away but have since innherited a camper van so its seen no use. All items where apparently working when purchased but not hooked up other than electrics.
