The lodge has 3 bedrooms, 1 x double, 1 x twin (with full size single beds) and 1 x twin which takes skinny beds but we have bunk beds in it. It has a bathroom with a shower and a bathroom with a shower over a full size bath.
The garden comes with a shed and is fully fenced garden which is dog proof. There are also 2 parking spaces right outside the property.
The lodge sits on Wild Rose Holiday Park which is 7 minutes drive from the town of Appleby. The holiday park has a bar/restaurant, soft play, play park, gym, games room and an indoor/outdoor pool. There are also stunning walks at the site.
There is no maximum age restriction on the park as long as your property is in a good state of repair.
The property comes with a LOT of extras included.
