Ford Escort MK3 RS1600i XR3 XR3i RS Turbo Ghia dashboard

I'm having a clear out of my garage so selling a number of old 80's parts for the mk3 Ford Escort that I have accumulated over the years , this is in amazing condition for its age and as you enthusiasts are aware they are normally really badly cracked. I've not seen any like this on the auction sites for a good while now , only filled and repainted ones , this is probably as good as it gets if you want to maintain originality , its not 100% perfect so please see the photos but if you want it concourse you should be able to get away with a couple of very small repairs and then airbrushed in and the majority of the dash will remain original and as it should be. These are very rare in this condition so I am really not sure of its value, repainted ones look like they are fetching about £1000 and obviously you will not be sure of the condition underneath and how much filler has been used , I have put £1800 on it but I am open to offers if I'm way off the mark either way . The glove box is included although there is a slight dint so you may wish to use your own glove box if you are replacing an existing dashboard .There will be a number of items advertised shortly such as parcel shelves , spoiler , roof panel , sun roof etc . These items were taken mainly from the RS1600i model but are the same for other variants such as the XR3 so it is well worth taking a look. Due to the size all the items advertised will be pick up only , this will also enable you to check you are happy with the item before purchase, we are located between Nottingham and Derby in the Midlands and will be cash on collection please.
