This is a sign and a disc holder. This is a must have for all delivery drivers to display on windscreen.
Highly recommended for Uber eats, deliveroo, just eat drivers to avoid getting a ticket.
This will show the parking warden why your parked, and hopefully they will give you enough time to collect or deliver rather than giving you a parking ticket
