They are quick to take the deposit but when you are waiting for the refund you have to chase them. I have now been waiting for over a month for my deposit. They charge previous drivers for the damages on the car but never actually fix the damages, it is not nice doing trips with a damaged or scratch car. Also, received car dirty and I told them about it and they responded that I can return the car in the same condition so they can charge me for the cleaning. I got pulled over by police twice as the car lights were faulty and been to their recommended garage 3 times for the same issue. Didn’t get fixed at the end.
