I had a great experience dealing with Dee. She helped me with uploading all my documents and also assisted with managing the car details, and she made the whole process very smooth and straightforward. Dee was extremely professional, polite, and patient throughout. Anytime I had a question or needed help, she responded quickly and explained everything clearly. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing her job properly and helping drivers get things sorted without stress. Really appreciate her support and the way she handled everything. I had an accident an KJ PCO sorted the issue right away. Shah provided me with a like for like vehicle and got me back on the road within 30 mins. The quality of their cars are exceptional, always looked after and maintained well, their service is excellent. They have been very helpful since I have joined the company, I do not feel like the ordinary customer with them. I highly recommend them!

Went into the hub to pick up my rental, car wasn’t there due to client did not bring it back! Came back a week later as im waiting they said they was getting the car ready for me while I was waiting they asked me to sign the contract and take a payment deposit of £500 plus a week upfront which I did once I did all the paperwork I went out to see the car. The car has not been cleaned it had damages to the car did not even have a charger in the car as the car was a electric hybrid. When I told the staff, he said he will sort this out because This place is quite far from me. I took the vehicle but when I went to the firm that I’ll be working for they inspected the car and said that the car is in a bad bad state. It’s got scratches parts hanging out from the exterior parts missing inside a car was complete mess which the cannot be cleaned as it was some type of substance poured on the interior which changed the colour. I’ve sent an email to the manager and went there the next day upon arrival I was told they will sort this out for me. They made me take the vehicle to one of their local garage to get the dirt parts sprayed painted and other parts that was missing from the vehicle from another crashed same vehicle where the front of the bumper was damaged and scraped. They told me to take the vehicle to another garage to get sprayed and sorted it would only take a couple hours when I arrived there they said it will take a day and I will need to leave it with them so I decided to return back to Kjpco Hub to get a full refund and return the vehicle in doing so they said that I’m liable to pay the 12 week contract and I cannot get my deposit back. I argued that if their fleet team check the vehicle when it was returned from the previous client this would not happen and also as well if I was allowed to see the vehicle first I would not taken it, this is clearly their fault and they’re trying to pin it on me and say I’m in the room one of the south Asian guy inside thought he was a smart arse telling me what options they got for me telling me that I have to come back and bring their car to the garage. The boot didn’t have they will lock or any jacks or any tools for if you have a puncture or burst tire ! Funny thing is they ask there garage to use a spray paint can to spray away the dirt damage in the car! When I told the staff, he went to get me a charger from a Kia car and a puncture kit !This is some type of joke because when you’re paying 350 per week the car should be at least standard to drive around in this car was not standard at all. The customer service is good when they want your money but when things goes wrong, they try to find an escape route. They are now telling me to bring the car to their garage when it should be done doing this not me not paying client if you are using a vehicle from this company my advice is inspect the car before you sign or handover any money! Also be aware of their reviews because the reviews are fake. Once you sign a document and pay your deposit they asked you to scan their review barcode and they will write. They reviewed their self which they made me do but when I noticed the damages on the vehicle. I’ve erased my review!

Exemplary customer service, very transparent from the first phone call with Mehmet and in person setting up and collecting the car Shah was extremely thorough and clear with the service they provide. I felt acknowledged as a person and valued as a customer. Definitely recommend.
