Meet the 'Jelly Van', a Much loved family camper, owned since 1996.

1600 engine with 1800 gearbox, reconditioned unleaded engine 1992, engine runs well.
Resprayed Nevada Beige and Pastel white in 2000 from Brilliant Orange and Pastel White original colour when first registered and purchased from Colindale VW in March 197

It's very rare to find a completely original interior including unmarked fabric and upholstery, original Danish cupboards including a wardrobe, and storage under the seats, sink with water tank, melamine interior, cool cupboard, table with wooden screw legs which can either be used in the van or taken out and used externally, roof bunks both sides, rock and roll double bed, original over front seat child cabin bunk, glovebox lid intact, original wheel beauty rings and concertina lifting roof. Very clean, no pets have been in the van, no smoking.
Rear seat belts fitted.

Extensive photo record restoration in 2018, hardly used since. New front panel, doorsteps, rear quarter panels, outer sills, new poptop roof cover, new roof lining, new battery, 1000s spent.
Lots of original extras to go with van, original 1970s KAMEI front spoiler, original 1970s VW wooden slat roofrack, towbar. History file back to 1996 also with previous owner history early 1990s in Hampshire. All MOTs, service history, receipts for all parts, servicing and restoration.

Needs some minor cosmetics to outer panels and a new family to be used again for holidays and outings for which she was intended. Taken us to Holland, France and all over the UK. Family now grown out of camping.
Time to let her go to her next family who could win another trophy for best original camper as we did, it's great fun attending VW meet up's to show her off and meet like minded enthusiasts. She got her name as her registration number is 'JLE', and she was orange and white when we bought her, looked like orange jelly with cream on top. A real Tardis and time traveller back to a better time.
