INTERIOR:
Double bed, kitchen with sink + water tank, Campingaz double hob with gas locker, Smart TV, shower cubicle + cassette toilet, fold-down oak table, sliding window, roof vent, fully insulated (PIR + wool).
HONEST NOTES:
MOT expired 07/2025 — van parked on private land, no point paying tax/insurance while unused. Drove fine when parked. Buyer arranges transport or MOT. Some panels/trim unfinished, dent above headlight, tear on driver seat. Sold as seen, viewings welcome, everything can be demonstrated.
