Description

With a heavy heart decided I'm selling my 1997 VW t4, failed mot earlier this year due to structural rust with the front arches and sills needing replaced there's is also welding work needing done to the side door and step and also rust above the rear wheel arches with spots of surface rust in other areas (see pics) would maybe be best as a project for someone that knows what they are doing due to the welding work needing done.

Mechanically the van is great starts first time and runs good with no major mechanical issues in the 6 years I've had it. I have a folder with receipts and invoices of work that's been done to the van over its life with previous owners.

The set up in the back is great and comfortable with big pull out bed, has gas stove and sink with electric pump, a leasure battery to supply lights and USB charging points in the back also has an inverter with 230v ac output, has an electric blow heater installed with thermostat control and insulated throughout. Plenty of storage with drawers for cutlery and cooking utensils, above cab storage and a cupboard, there is also underbed storage from the back doors. Van has fibre glass high top roof installed.
Also comes with 12v electric cool box.

Other smaller issues -
Back doors don't open
Headlight positioning needs adjusted
The key doesn't work in any lock except the drivers door meaning you have to manually put the button up or down to lock or unlock the passenger or side door.

I'm sure this old girl still has plenty of life in her for someone to take her on more adventures once she's road worthy again, ideal van for short trips away and festivals.

Buyer would need to pick up with trailer as no mot.
