1. Enhanced locks that secure the doors when parked up including the enhanced lock on the garage.
2. Through picture of the very spacious garage which has another access door at the end of the garage.
3. Picture of the additional bulk lamps, hold down fittings and mains electric point.
4. Two pictures showing the interior of the garage including the various hold down fittings and the heating element for drying clothes or wet suits.
5. The brilliant Cadac portable gas BBQ, so good easy to use and clean. This hooks up the external gas port on the van, and the Cadac is sitting on one of the tables that is included.
6. Two reclining chairs with side table.
7. Two more chairs with flip up drinks/book shelves.

8. This shows a lot of the everyday useful equipment; brushes, bucket etc; there is also a wind cheater and beach tent.

11. The two bags contain the fully enclosed tent that attaches to the length of the vehicle which is very sturdy and importantly also adds another room to the set up.
12. The bag on the right is the bespoke 'Winter' motorhome cover that encapsulates the vehicle protecting it from the weather. The second bag contains the insulated windshield, which can be put on in both hot and cold weather to regulate the inside temperature of the van, block any light (for when sleeping) and also stops condensation building up overnight.
13. These are the hold down straps for the Fiamma F45
Awning in windy conditions. We have only ever used these a couple of times but they are nevertheless useful to have. The two small bags contain the mesh sun/wind walls for the awning and the green pipe is for the grey water hook up.
14. This shows the two fuel jerry cans that are included, (one of which is not far off being full) and the spare step.
15. All the mains hook ups that we have ever needed including some we didn't. These are usually stowed in one of the side lockers.
16. Finally, this is what the garage looks like when all the above is safely stowed away. As you can see it is less than half full so is very spacious indeed and makes very good use of the hold down fixtures.
This deal is an absolute bargain (not only because of the motorhome which is worth about £32k on a forecourt but also because of all the Extras being included with it which cost well over £3000).
