Fully functioning campervan with 9 months MOT.
Clean engine no issues, runs brilliantly.
2 x leisure batteries with new wiring. Lasts for days off grid
Vitrifrigo fridge replaced 3 years ago,hardly used cost £550

Corroded under chassis pipes replaced,
Top manual bedroom in roof with mattress.

Miles are in kilometres as it was an import. (198,000 km, 123,000 miles)
Interior is clean but not perfect. Needs valeting. Back interior lights needs replacing (£18 Amazon)
Only real work needed is bodywork.
Ive had this campervan for 6 years, now changing for something smaller.
Back wheel arches (rust) need attention. Also various rust points around roof. Small dint in right hand side. You can ignore these and drive it to the beach or hills tomorrow, or repair when you see fit. Also needs a valet
