Had been fully equipped with 12 volt power and inverter for 240volts. Leisure battery is charged by a 250watts solar panel on the roof and also charged whilst driving, as cables have been routed from the alternator

I can explain how it all works in person little complicated easier to understand when you see it

Bed has been raised to create a garage area for storage etc , rubber lined so nice and easy to clean - mattress is memory foam double so very comfy and full length I’m 6ft 1 and can lay straight in it . Fits two people comfortably . The two beds seats also will make a single bed for an extra person

Main floor is engineered oak . So very high end flooring . Looks so good

The full van was a project of mine so I’ve put a lot of time in to building this , sound damping , insulation , all cabling and extra cables hidden to use down the line etc with easy access

LED strip lights and under counter lights very cool when it’s dark outside .

The front double seats have a captains swivel base for extra seating when parked up .

12 v Fridge installed with pitch pine counter top .

I’ve upgraded the radio to a large touch screen , so great for apps like Spotify and google maps extra

full annual service just done,4 brand new tires , front brakes , timing belt & hand brake cable all just done (have receipts to show) all carried out 5/08/25 so literally just done.

full 12 months MOT, van weighs only 2.6 tons so it’s it well under the 3.5 so can be driven on any driving licence . Don’t need to do any advance test for heavy vehicles
