Built in double bed with garage area underneath with fitted lights 3 pin plugs and lighter socket. Fitted kitchen with built in fridge, oven, 2 burner gas hob and sink unit with hot and cold water, 3 pin plugs and usb chargers. Built in TV/DVD player, lots of fitted storage cupboards. Fitted DOMETIC flush toilet in is own enclosed compartment.Propex LPG built in gas heater, DOMETIC roof sky light x 2. including LOOPO brand new awning, never used.
Power steering, reverse cameras. REMIN cabb blind system with attached fly screens, 2 x heavy duty leisure batteries purchased April 2025. Charge system via plug in electric hook up( also charges engine battery also new or attached solar power CTEK unit, Built in hot water system, Has built in water storage tank and waste water tank, in addition built in LPG tank refuelled from out side adapter.
FIMMA F455 wind out awning, outside BBQ connection and hot and cold shower that connects to onboard tanks. Tow Bar and electrics, fitted bike racks, alloy wheels eith new tyres.
3 litre engine has drive chain so no worry about drive belts, New clutch and service January 2024, refurbished HCU and DPF May 2025, Electrics checked result in new pump for toilet, July 2025, MOT advisory CV boot changed out. Extensive documented history and kept in tip top condition.
MOT untill March 2026, 868 miles in past 2 years and less than 10k in past 6 years.
Total mileage 161, 189 miles do not let that put you off as been well looked after with a documented history and power house engine , has excellent torque and good MPG, this van has everything to make good reliable travel and off grid if required, comes with private plate and some dings.
