For sale our lovely campervan with ALL facilities and many, many extras included.
Selling due to failing health, (otherwise I wouldn't be!!!)
Just passed mot having needed only one new tyre and some welding done to underside of van, so price reflects the full years mot, super low mileage, just 27,400 miles approx at time of posting ad, and the immaculate condition of the engine. Only had one previous owner, NHS and used for transporting bedding and towels between Ayrshire hospitals.
Everything you could want is included in sale as it all has to go. (The only things I'll be taking out the van are personal belongings, the bedding, etc. Everything else goes with the sale.
Double gas hob and grill, 80 litre water and waste tanks, full electrics, 12 volt and 240 volt systems, (constantly topped up by a large solar panel on roof, and charging zig unit whilst on site with hook up, also included). Full gas canister with regulator and gauge, dishes, pots n pans, cutlery, fitted 12 volt coolbox. Separate toilet with porcelain sink, fitted porta loo, and lots of storage. Toilet waste and waste water access to outside. (The waste water drains out over a drain so no lugging heavy water tanks around. Fresh water tank filled via inlet, flexi hose included in sale).
Permanent large double bed setup, with memory foam mattress - it's super comfortable. I'm 6 foot 1 so wanted a large bed. When not in use it rises up to roof so you don't have the hassle of making the bed up every night, or taking it down and having to stow it away in the morning. Just press a button and hey ho, away it goes, up out of the way. Further storage beyond bed for extra blankets, pillows, etc. You can then walk under the bed through to front cab, dressing area.
Loads of space in accommodation. Very comfortable Ikea seating for 2, this van was purposely built for the wife, the dug, and I. (No kids allowed lol, but the van could be adapted to sleep others if you wanted to. Included in sale is a 22 inch tv, and a Bluetooth stereo speaker that you can bluetooth your phone or tablet to, for music, podcasts, radio, etc. Sounds great and is easy to use

Out through the full width double wood and glass doors at rear is the tailgate which is covered in artificial grass, great for sitting out on when the suns out, remember this is Scotland though lol. There is also a tether attachment for hooking the dog up to so he can run along behind the van while your driving, joke lol. Our mutt loves sitting out on the deck, as we call it and he can roam about to the extent of his tether, (I think it's 15 meters.) When not in use a roller shutter door secures the van at the rear. Central locking at the front, three keys.
This is a rare bargain what with the full mot, the fantastic condition of the engine, the super low mileage, only one owner prior to conversion to a campervan, and everything that is being included in the sale of the van. I'm in no hurry to sell so sensible offers only please, (I'm not dead yet lol).

Van is kept on a secure site in Ayr. You could literally go away the day you pick the van up. Van will be "sorned" come September but can still be taken for a test run as it's kept on private grounds. Drives well with no issues whatsoever.

V5 transfer and handover of van ONLY on completion of sale and conclusion of transfer of funds to my account. Sorry, but there are just too many conmen out there who would take advantage if I didn't insist. If you can't accept these sensible terms then this purchase isn't for you.
