Selfbuild van for sale- Ford Transit 350, H3L3?, 2010

Looking for a reasonably quick sale so priced low (I think) but also open to offers.

VAN has been undersealed to help prevent rust, had some welding done with latest MOT so should be good for a long time now. Runs and drives fine, currently SORN’d as not taxed but cheap insurance (under £300 Pa for me).

Long MOT until June 2026

-Mileage 148,500
-3x 105amp Drivemaster leisure batteries
-Victron Smart Solar 100/30 MPPT charge controller and 375W solar panel
-Victron blue smart charger 15/3 charger for 240v charging
-EHU point under cab with 240v fuse box and multiple socket points
-Various 12v sockets, USB ports and cigarette lighter socket
-MaxxAir roof fan with remote, keeps the van nice and cool.
-loads of storage including kitchen cupboards, under bed and above cab
-Double bed with small single above (child size). -Double can be split to make bench seating.
-Drive away awning (some poles have seen better days)
-PortaPotti - fits under bed and can include a toilet tent too if I can find it in garage.

Items not fitted but can be included:

-Eberspacher diesel heater - I’ve never used it so not sure if it works, came with the van when I bought it.
-Sterling B2B 60amp 12v charger
-1000w pure sine wave inverter.

Paintwork could do with touching up here and there with some small surface rust in places as expected for a 15yr old van.
