Reduced by £5k, 2021 3 Bedroom Swift Bordeaux Static Caravan with Wrap Around Decking

Description

For sale is my 2021, 3 bedroom Swift Bordeaux Caravan with storage feature built into the back.

Caravan has been used for personal and letting usage and can be sold as a working business

Caravan will be sold fully furnished with wrap around decking worth over £15k.
Comes complete with 3 bedrooms, 1 main bathroom, and 1 ensuite bathroom linked to the master bedroom. Built in kitchen with all built-in appliances including dishwasher and fridge freezer.

I have bookings for this year which the new owner can keep for income if they wish.

Caravan is currently situated in a Caravan park, which can be moved at the new owners' expense if they wish. Moving costs are in the region of £1-2k

Caravan is spotless and in great condition.

If you compare prices of caravans selling at caravan parks, you'll easily pay another £10 - 15k just for the caravan, not including decking.

If you choose to rent out your caravan for extra income, you can do this yourself or through the park.

I'm looking for £34,995 o.v.n.o

If you would like more pics or to arrange a visit, feel free to ask.

Thanks for looking.
