TPE carried out a major building work that involved the removal of a lean to and constructing a side extension consisting of a bedroom, bathroom and utility. They also knocked down a load bearing common wall between the kitchen and dining rooms and installed a steel beam. These works were done to building control specs / architectural drawings with external inspections. There were also incidental plastering and new electrical cabling works. Their quote was very reasonable and they completed the works within the stipulated time scale. Their tradesmen were very professional, courteous and friendly. They were quite flexible at times to do some additional bits when requested. Their brick works were excellent. They also cleaned up regularly and cleared all debris from the site on completion. I would recommend them, without hesitation, to anyone wishing to do any groundwork and building works

TPE did a great job of renewing the driveway and building a beautiful dry stone retaining wall. Very easy to deal with and a hard working and friendly team. Have already recommended to others.

TPE did a large job for us - side upstairs extension (inc 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms) and a whole new roof. We were very pleased with the result, and consider it to be done to a high standard and exactly to the spec we had asked for . The team were very approachable, trust worthy and hard working. The work was done to agree d timescales and the communication from Elion was really efficient. We would definitely choose them again for our next project.

I’d seen various projects that TPE had completed in my neighbourhood and they were my first choice contractor. They were excellent from start to finish. Very helpful suggesting materials and design elements, hard working, polite and tidy. Checking in regularly to make sure we were happy with each stage of the work and also easy to deal with when I changed my mind about some things as works progressed. I’d highly recommend TPE.
