Waste of time! Came out, no measurements taken, never listened to what I wanted. Had to chase the quote! Asked if I I was happy with it, told them I wasn’t because of the reasons above. No apology from the company, disrespectful!

Bombarded me with messages in first couple of days after putting on site, then when i replied with the answers to the questions they asked later that same day i heard nothing back and also they failed to turn up to quote. Very unprofessional. Also saying they were using someone elses phone when it was the same number?

I wanted to hire this company initially, however with their lack of professional communication and pure ignorance I have been completely put off. They have provided me with no quote after 4 weeks. I chased it up and was sent an email to let me know the builder was on a half term holiday. I have had nothing since. They are not an inclusive business and I am now left feeling that my job was not good enough for them. To completely ignore a job is TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

These guys were very good. For my garage conversion they finished on the day they said they would, and didn't charge a penny more than agreed, which is unheard of with builders these days. I had some soundproofing requirements which they fulfilled as well which was great. Would definitely recommend.
