Lady who did my cleaning was good only thing is I told her to clean dishes and she left them, I'm not sure why she left them I thought they would have cleaned them as part of the clean? I was later told by office that they do not usually clean dishes so because of that I am giving them 4 stars

The worst company you can ever work with. I wish I could give -10 stars as 1 it's an insult to other bad companies. I booked with them, paid upfront, they were supposed to send 2 cleaners for a post builders deep cleaning, for a 3floors house. On the day only 1 shows up to my door, with no equipment ( I was assured they would come with) saying the other cleaner was on his way on a train, little I knew, it was a lie, no one else was booked to come in. I've spent the day chasing the office to have someone else sent over, and I've just ben given lies after lies, first someone was on their way, then no one was available for a couple of hours, but would join the first cleaner asap, until finally they had to confirm no one was booked in to come. The cleaner that did show up, came completely unprepared to work, I wanted to send him away, but his supervisor wouldn't let him leave the job till was done, the poor guy stayed till 7pm and the house was only half cleaned. I sent a complaint straight away (as you have 72 hours per contract to have the company rectify), they declined any responsibility, refused to send someone else to finish the job and never refunded me. I'm pretty sure their cleaners don't have the right to work in the UK either. Avoid at any cost.
