Thomas and Paulis turned up on time, got started straight away, did a great job, were polite with a sense of humour, made relevant suggestions about the job, continued working with only a short lunch break. We recently had work completed by Near By Builders and I honestly cannot recommend them enough. They did plastering, painting, repointed our garden wall, and installed new garden gates with strong security locks. Everything was done to a very high standard. The work was neat, professional, and completed exactly as promised. The team worked hard, paid attention to every small detail, and left everything clean and tidy. Reliable, skilled, and trustworthy builders. We will definitely use Near By Builders again.

Thomas from Nearby Builders has repaired my leaky shed roof. I used Bark to find someone to fix a bodge job that someone else did on my roof. I am more tan happy with the repair Thomas carried out. He used good quality materials, he turned up on time, he did not ask for any money until the job was done and me and my husband were happy with the quality of his work. Thomas is very polite and accommodating and I will be using his services in the future. In fact I have already booked him to do the pointing on my house in early March. I feel very lucky to find the all round builder I can rely on. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a decent old fashioned builder.
