Leftover materials from external wall insulation are available for sale. So all of them are new. These high-quality materials are warranted by my contractor for 25 years. Collection only.

1- Silicone Top Coat:
Sealed and new, light gray color.
2 Tubs light grey, each 25 kg,
Price for each tub: £70, or £120 for two tubs.
Description: These exterior waterborne ready-to-use silicone renders can be applied in horizontal, vertical, or circular directions until the desired surface texture is achieved. They provide excellent weather resistance, aging resistance, and are suitable for thermal insulation systems.
Jub Unigrund Primer:
2- One tub, 18 kg, covering 60 sqm.
Price: £60.
Description: Water-based acrylic slurry prime coat suitable for JUB EWI systems and smooth surfaces such as concrete, fiber cement, and gypsum cardboards.
Insulation Fixings Metal Pin Boxed In 200's:
3- Two boxes, one almost full and the other sealed.
Price for each box: £40, or £70 for both.
Description: Universal hammer-driven insulation fastener with metal pin, suitable for various insulation materials.
4- Jub Reinforcement Mesh 1mtr x 50mtr:
Two rolls, one opened but minimally used, the other sealed.
Price for both rolls: £150.
Description: Alkaline-resistant, vinyl-covered glass reinforcement mesh ideal for reinforcing render and preventing cracking.
5- Black Polythene Vapour Control Layer 4m x 50m x 500g (200m2):
One new roll.
Price: £40.
Description: Specially designed to provide outstanding vapor resistance, reducing the risk of condensation and moisture-related damage within your building's structure.
