The job: re-felting a garage roof. After my experience I would not trust them to re-felt a rabbit hutch! Unfortunately for me I was taken in by their impressive website and by Kyle's extravagant claims and empty promises. They are unprofessional, unreliable and incompetent. They also have no respect for other people's property. I cannot fault, however, their unfailing courtesy and politeness, and also their readiness to return, at my request, to try and improve upon their earlier efforts - hence the second star.
