Unfortunately I have to leave a very negative review to stop others using Michael from this company . Not something I would normally do or take pleasure out or doing but I sadly feel I now have no choice as Michael has refused to take calls or answer messages . He performed work for me about 5 weeks ago ( resin pointing of drive and cleaning ) . He asked for payment on the day but said he would come back and finish pointing the edges and fill in the gaps once the pointing had dried . He then informed me his brother was unwell and he couldn’t work for a couple of weeks ( could have been genuine but he was still posting on Facebook ) . This was about 3 weeks ago and I’ve phoned , emailed and text and he has not come back to me . He has left all the rubbish ( big tub of old cement ) that is way to heavy to move ourselves . There was grout left all over the grass too and in the drains which he has not cleaned . The resin looks like sand and does not look finished at all and with the gaps left it is extremely disappointing and I have photos to prove this . It would probably only take an hour or so for him to come back and resolve these matters so unsure what has happened as he seemed to be working hard when he was hear . He also appears to have removed me from his Facebook page which is odd too. I’m not sure whether all The other 5 star reviews are genuine but I would be surprised if they were
