The rain came and downpipe was still blocked. Thought I had paid for this in my 1000 pound repair bill but wanted another 1300 to replace downpipe and unblock drain. Small bit of gutter they put back on is still there so at least that's good.

They were not cheap but they were quick and did exactly what we wanted them to do. They cleared back garden of garden rubbish and rubble and a myriad of other detritus.
