Luke fixed roof leaking problems for me in November 2022. The job involved taking half of the roof tiles off, replaced with new battens and felt and re-attached the dry verge system. In less than two months time, pieces of dry verge units fell from one side of the house. I asked Luke to come and fix, he promised but didn't show up. Some months later, two more pieces fell from the other side. I called Luke again but same old story. When I kept on calling Luke, he simply cut off communication with me. Very disappointed.

Luke responded very quickly to my request for a quote. Explained what needed to be done. A friendly team came and completed the work.

Luke rang me and came over straight away, explained the problem and the multiple repair options. Agreed a price and he completed the work that day. Repaired and also corrected the issue. Will absolutely contact him again for any further roof work.

Increased the price twice and left the job unfinished even though I paid them in full.I have just had a descent roofer in who has completed the other half of the house and sorted their bodged work for half the price they charged
