John is simply the best builder we could have hoped for. He was clear and open from the start , very thorough and reliable he was here every day and kept us informed about progress , supervised and supported working with Cadent and western power when it was all moved, the finish on the job was excellent and his team who came for plastering and electrics in our garage conversion were excellent . We did not have to worry about waste q John dealt with it all. We are delighted with our new space and the neighbours commented on how well it was done and fitted with the frontage. Since then we’ve have job come and do minor works and he will be our first call - even if we have to wait!

Really pleased with the work completed by Derbyshire Builder’s. John really cares about what his customers want and asks for input on key elements i.e where the electric sockets are needed. I loved the easy going approach and John is self sufficient doesn’t stop for a cuppa every hour. Thanks John!
