Had facia and gutters replaced, friendly quick job. However had a leak at front door affecting me and my neighbour. Quickly phoned John and said be out next day or 2. This was the same response I got for next 9 weeks with texts going back and forth as he was busy. I said I would get another company in and he can pay , he said yes do that. £85 quote too dear. Text again and said fed up waiting if not out by Friday will pay myself and will be revisiting my review. He said be out on Monday. That was last week. The one star rating is for poor customer satisfaction and my total disappointment that I have to now pay to complete the job.

Do not use this company. Newly installed gutters have leaking issues straightaway from front to back of my house, and now water is coming through the ceiling from gutter to my house, damaging my wall, my wood staircases. One newly installation pipe fell off the wall today. Contacted John multiple times and he kept giving me the fake promises that come to fix but never showed up and that was more than 2 months ago from my first contact. 15 year warranty like this? I am in the process of bringing him to court. If you want to use this company, think again.
