I spoke with Evergreen Landscapes to do some work at my property including fixing a fence that was was damaged during a storm and agreed a price (which was not a small amount of money but I needed the work done). I supplied 8 foot fence posts + post crete and a motorised auger to allow them to drill the post holes. I couldn't be there on the day they did the work due to a funeral I had to attend and had already paid them because of this (a real bad mistake it turns out). Instead of fitting the 8 foot posts 2 foot into the ground as is the practice and what I asked them to do, one of the posts was in fairly decent although not in alignment with the rest of the fence and the other was only 6 inches (instead of 2 foot) into the ground and the whole thing was rocking and creaky, it would be down again the next windy day so I had to remove their attempt and start again myself including having to buy more posts/post crete as they had sawn off the excess on the original posts (unevenly may I add). They had obviously encountered stones when they were drilling the post holes but any half competent fencer knows that levering out stones with a crow bar is the way to go to get around this (which is what I did with very little bother when I re-did the work). I did complain to Evergreen (more than once) and they said they would visit to fix the problem but this never happened - their flyer states "all work guaranteed" so I would question if that is correct as I had no after sales whatsoever and a year has now passed with no contact hence this review. I would never use this company again, not anywhere near being competent fencers.

Colin and the team have just done a very good job of trimming my hedges and also removed a large oak tree very tidy an professional work would definitely recommend
