Appalling quality of work from Jordan who is an absolute conman and not fit for any job in relation to fences. Tried to charge my husband and I ( both elderly ) an extortionate amount of money for a few hours of work of the poorest possible quality. I refused to be pay and he left with much less than he wanted. Had to employ someone else to finish the job and he was disgusted with what he found. Don’t allow Jordan anywhere near your garden.

AVOID!!!!!!! Not a good experience. Called me back quickly, started work the next day and price seemed too good to be true... It really was. First off, when asked to prune some beautiful established trees, they attacked and left the trunk and a few sad looking branches so we stopped them mid way through this work. Did not properly reduce the hedges and trees we had requested, and then wanted more money than had previously agreed, telling us we had been misquoted ( we were not, we asked them to clarify multiple times and they assured us this was all that it would cost). Took some of the waste away with them, but threw large branches over into neighbouring property which we do not have the means to get rid of. Have repeatedly contacted the owner to visit and see the work his team have done, but he keeps promising to come and never does. Had to pay the guys before they would leave, so extremely disappointed, even though we were told beforehand we would be invoiced and could pay after the guys had left!!! Appalling service, have been left with more work clearing up their mess and more money to pay a true professional to fix what can be fixed, and hope the trees actually do grow back!

He was unreliable and difficult to deal with. Quoted a price for a days work which ended up taking 45 min . And he continued to ask for pay which was not related to the job completed or tome spent. Stressful experience from start to finish
