Very informative from start to finish. At quote stage John took details of what was required, offered advice on job and the best way to go about it. Described job to a non-roofer in a way that I could understand and feel confident that he knew what I wanted and the best and most cost effective way to deliver the solution. On day he kept me informed of his arrival time and in a very professional way went about doing the job and in keeping me informed on what was about to happen. The work itself is extremely well carried out and all of my questions answered. I would not hesitate to ask for more work to be carried out by AJA Property Maintenance. Ps no hidden costs, price was as quoted. I asked about general state of the roof and no scary stuff was forthcoming.

John was punctual, worked efficiently, and made sure everywhere was tidy before leaving. I was thoroughly satisfied with the end result, and would not hesitate to recommend him or use his services again. John has a very pleasant manner and I felt comfortable with his presence on my premises.
