We are only selling it as we sadly don't have room for it in our retirement flat now.

I live in Etwall which is a very short distance from Derby and easy to get to from Burton upon Trent, Tamworth, Lichfield, Nottingham, Leicester, Uttoxeter and Stoke on Trent to name just a few.
We are straightforward to get to and have easy parking.
